Awami League illegally allowed Indian company publish text book incurring loss

By flaunting rules Awami League allowed indian company to publish text book of primary students of Bangladesh for number of years. That illegal indo Awami illegal venture cost the country 60 crore taka. Moreover, Awami League is using Bangladeshi taxpayer money for paying import duties for importing book from india and not included in costing documents.

This is another indo Awami League looting scheme from Bangladesh. Previously inidan companies like bharati airtel, vehicle and locomotive makers looted from Bangladesh in similar fashion by dodging tax and other methods using indian subservient Awami League regime.

This thread documents these Indian-Awami League schemes that is harming Bangladesh economy and costing Bangladeshi taxpayers.

বাংলাদেশের আইন অমান্য করে ভারত থেকে ছাপানো হয়েছে প্রাথমিকের প্রায় ১০ কোটি বই। এতে প্রায় ৬০ কোটি টাকা লোকসানের সম্মুখীন হয়েছে সরকার। ২০১০ সাল থেকে ২০১৩ সাল পর্যন্ত ভারতীয় কয়েকটি প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রাথমিকের ৯ কোটি
৬৪ লাখ বই ছাপিয়েছে। প্রতিবারই দেশের আইন লঙ্ঘন করা হয়েছে। দেশীয় প্রকাশকরা প্রতিবাদ করলেও কোন ব্যবস্থা নেয়নি সরকার। সরবরাহকারী হিসেবে ভারতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানকে এ বিশেষ সুবিধা দেয়া হয়েছে। ১৯৭৩ সালের মুদ্রণ ও প্রকাশনা আইন মোতাবেক একমাত্র ডিক্লারেশন গ্রহণকারী প্রকৃত মুদ্রণ প্রতিষ্ঠান ব্যতীত অন্য কেউ মুদ্রণ কাজ করতে পারবে না। আইন অনুযায়ী ভারতীয় কোন প্রতিষ্ঠানই টেন্ডারে অংশ নিতে পারে না বলে জানিয়েছেন বাংলাদেশী প্রকাশকরা। তবে জাতীয় শিক্ষাক্রম ও পাঠ্যপুস্তক বোর্ডের চেয়ারম্যান জানিয়েছেন, বাংলাদেশের আইন অমান্য হচ্ছে কিনা তা জানার জন্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষকে চিঠি দেয়া হয়েছে। আমদানি শুল্কসহ সব মিলে ভারতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠান ২০.৪৩ ভাগ শুল্ক দেয়ার কথা। প্রাথমিকভাবে সরকার এটা বহন করলেও দরপত্র মূল্যায়নের সময় বিদেশী প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে উল্লিখিত মূল্যের সঙ্গে আমদানি শুল্কসহ অন্যান্য ব্যয় যোগ করে দরপত্র মূল্যায়নের কথা। কিন্তু ভারতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের ক্ষেত্রে এটি করা হয় না বলে জানিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ মুদ্রণ শিল্প সমিতি।

Bangladesh has always performed better(much better) than Pakistan economically and socially.....
Despite being almost 1/5th the size of Pakistan, Bangladesh ranked as the 44th largest economy in the world while Pakistan ranks 140th....
If remaining under India's 'clout' means growth and stability and supporting the Jamaatis( descendants of Razakars) mean violence, instability and destruction, then I guess the choice is clear....
Therefore, the Bangladeshi people must be extremely cautious not to fall into the Jamaati trap....these Jamaatis want to drag Bangladesh the Pakistan way...they just want to see Bangladesh becoming an intolerant nation riddled with sectarian violence and turning into a beggar state....

it is in fact Indian supported BAL that supports the most terrorism and violence in Bangladesh. all this terrorism and violence is needed to "show to the world" that BAL is "on the good side" and try to justify mass murder on people protesting against this illegal regime. BAL has already been caught trying to pump up boogeyman "terror" threats in the form of fake organization names. economic growth happens despite indian rogue policies of keeping it's own ambassador BAL in power. just the fact that BAL came to power with bags of Indian cash and that cash is needed to continuously keep the indian masters paid to stay in power, aside from all the bloodshed and mass murder, the amount of economic growth BD is losing out on is massive

Indian oil tanker ridden with faults rendered useless even before use

165 oil tankers bought from india for railway rendered worthless with multi level faults. Oil companies which use these tankers notified about multiple faults like capacity mismatch and spillage during pumping etc. Another example of great (shoddy) indian product dumped into Bangladesh in the name of credit.
