we are in the top 2 largest creditor nations (along with Japan). Our assets are vastly superior to our liabilities.
Our foreign exchange reserves are over $3 trillion.
Our sovereign wealth funds have close to $1 trillion in assets.
We run current account surpluses which is why our currency always strengths (unlike the dropeee).
We lend more to developing world than the world bank.
We lend billions to Latin America than anyone else.
We lend billions to Africa.
We are the largest foreign lender to your master (USA).
You name it.
Our nation has assets that dwarf our liabilities.
That is why we can lend.
This our own money we earn from our trade surplus and interest and dividends we earn from our investment we have globally.
India just borrows money from us to give to other to pretend to be wealthy. India is still an incredibly poor 3rd world country with no money to lend without going into more debt.
Sorry but don't try to pretend you are anywhere close to us.
Try harder, much much harder.
China is still a poor third world country. Go to your villages and you'll find people living in slums worse than Africa. Btw, you have 0 knowledge of economics. Your currency is not strong because of your current account surplus, it's the other way around. You artificially keep your currency down so that your exports are more competitive.
Besides , current account surplus doesn't suggest anything. US has the world's largest dept. Still it is 100 times richer than third world China and has more influence than what the little chinese could ever dream of.
