As long defence industry is run by govt, speed of delivery of goods will be screwed up. Strong case for divesting DRDO & HAL
I would not want DRDO and HAL to be privatized. Instead let the pvt sector come up and compete with these.

The Nexter Caesar will win (gun produced by L&T, mounted on Ashok Leyland truck).

However the order for 1,000-1,500+ (in total) towed 155mm, 52-cal howitzers will go to the DRDO ATAGS.

IA soldiers are done with Insas rifle( frequent jam, barrel swelling, poor accuracy, poor structural strength).

No, the INSAS system has overcome all those problems.... inform yourself before posting BS.

. . . .
no, it doesn't . it's a shoddy rifle, everyone knows.

Do you have any sources or are your talking about your wet dreams?

FYI: The INSAS B1 is a successful rifle which is used in all kinds of environment. The IA could have gone for any other rifle, but they chose to stay with the INSAS.

Its certainly not a perfect rifle, but its an adequate rifle for our needs.

All those problems you are talking about were solved years ago.
