the smaller part is what India take from PRC, after foundation of PRC in 1949.
Before 1962 war, India want to take more from China but stopped by the war.
Now China will surely take back the land taken after 1949, and talk on how much of first part to return.
So as I said, it is only a problem of how much land India can return..
