As the case happened before Article 370 abrogation, the POSCO law did not apply to J&K. The criminal act of J&K had lesser punishment and so 6 accused got punishment as per state law. But now with Article 370 gone, law is same. There were many disparities due to Article 370. J&K politicians were not as good as you think. They still are same lot.


Please note, that girl was as Indian as anyone else. People who did this act in a place of worship needs to be punished and got punished.

We need to keep women and kids away from all persecutions and fights. Harming innocents results is worse karmic retributions from God. God spare us from these animals...be it anyone, anywhere in the world.
