Fully agree. But you have misunderstood me. I am also for plea bargaining. I don't consider it an NRO. It is provided by the law. Real problem is that these scoundrels are not ready to pay any reasonable and substantial amount.

Yeah its called NRO/ERO which is not helping the country.
Why should the poor be heavily taxed while the rich who have gotten rich by corruption be allowed to walk freely after giving 2 percent of the looted money back.
