PK-1 is one of the basic industrial complexes concern the territory of which housed tool, machining production in the interests of defense, Navy, RVSN. It will collect launchers for S-400 "Triumph" and S-300 "Favorite".
The complex is built in the framework of modernization and reconstruction.
Northwest Regional Center of Concern "Almaz-Antey" playground unite in the same area five companies included in the group - before the plants were located in different districts of the city. It is planned that the work here will be conducted not only on samples of the military but also civilian products.
Currently, investment in the project amounted to 17 billion rubles (0.5 billion dollars). Total for the period 2008 to 2015 in the construction of PK-1 plans to invest 20.69 billion rubles.
The new complex centered about 500 machine tools, on which will serve near thousand of workers and specialists. The new production facility covers an area of about 56 thousand m2.
