In rich Qatar, an Indian restaurant lets poor eat for free

There is one such restaurant in Pune , i went there once (forget where) but patrons who come there to dine can for just 10 rs feed a poor person a plate of biryani . (who are usually standing outside)

A noble man, but there are a lot of wealthy people that pretend to be poor to get free things some wealthy people have even been know to shoplift. Hopefully the freeloaders stay away so as to not drive the man out of business.

No this was a small Irani type joing which served biryani , kheema and great custard. the biryani was 140 i think , but when you went to pay the bill the owner would ask if you can give 10 rs extra and feed a person . so when you do they give a packet of biryani to you to give to the number of poor people who stand outside.
