To all those deluded pin-brained idiots who think they are maha-independent, not second or third or inter class, I would recommend The Agony of West Bengal by Ranjit Roy, a top journalist of India. Open your eyes, come and join us. According to our constitution we are bound to support any freedom struggle.
You may think on those line sitting there in Canada, but here in South Asia, the situation is quite opposite.Your countrymen keep crossing the border and coming to India for livelihood, and no matter how many BSF personnel India deploys, they just keep coming.Must be a desperate situation across the border.
Also,if you want to give everybody a current picture of West Bengal then you will have to do better than this. The book you are referring was first published back in November 1971.Bangladesh was not even created at that time.Using that book to draw a comperative measure with BD is stupidity.
