Not quite accurate. Pakistan's M-110A2 SP artillery is the first nuclear capable SP artillery in the Pakistani service. If Pakistan ever employs a round similar to the US M422A1/W33, the M110 can deliver a tactical nuclear round out to a distance of approx. 23KMs. However, I do not think the Pakistani Corps of Artillery has these in its plans.
