How about first having some clean toilets in train and railway stations , ppl have nowhere else to go except urinating in public. The public urinals are too shitty to use. Some times ppl suppress the urination for hours .

I use public toilets everywhere in India, they charge 1 rs or 2 rs sometimes and they keep it decent and in Malls etc they are always clean. If you looks for Automated taps and Automated flushes you won't get that even in US. In US you have plastic portable toilets which keep smelling sitting at one place with all the dump in it.

What you are talking about is Sulabh , not everywhere its available . I was talking about trains , you must have travelled in passenger trains in India , tell me how can a person supposed to use those unclean toilets.

When it is the first use, it is clean. After we ourselves make it dirty, it becomes un-clean. I travel by AC Tier Chair, so that is most of the times clean.

I stand by this decision they should be punished to make strong and strict statement to guys like these.
It has been a problem for too long in India. In india they should make public toilets everywhere for such emergency
