Build another port. Let it becomes a large city.

Ultimately urban areas will out vote those fudel lords in 5-10 years.

Nothing can stop federal govt form fixing Karachi or doing legislation to force provinces to do local body elections

Democracy is process there is no short cuts

Nothing stops federal govt to spend money in Karachi surely it doesn't has money but whose fault is that? Why don't you tax the retail and property sector
