ISLAMABAD (92 News) – After Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, another Iqama of Defense Minister Khawaj Asif in Dubai surfaced. Khawaja Muhammad Asif has been serving as Minister of Defence and Minister of Water and Power and is reportedly a top contender to be the next prime minister of Pakistan in case the Supreme Court disqualifies PM Nawaz Sharif. According to the new documents, the defense minister is drawing a monthly salary of AED50, 000 from an Abu Dhabi-based company. Khawaja Asif’s UAE labor card was renewed on June 29, 2017 and it would remain valid till June 28, 2019. The federal minister did not mention the income he is earning through his employment in Dubai in his nomination papers.

One step at a time, one step by step. Let elections happen first, then let the winner (whether IK or someone else) form his/her government and then have their term to deliver what they promise. Then the next election cycle should repeat on time, and the people pass their verdict. And that is how it should go.

The CAD is about 0.5 bn$. We can at least stave off complete default by getting PTI back and having remittances go back to where they were which is about 0.5 bn$ more a month. With positive primary CAD, you would atleast not have to default.

Then yes, it would take time to get the economy on track again. Restore business confidence. Fix justice system and bring automation into bureaucracy to limit their negative influence on our economy.

Also fix broke tax system by automation. Justice system after that. Reform army role after that.
