Actually the province of NWFP was created by the British by carving it out of what was then Punjab ! So it was never yours to begin with...!

Khair...jokes aside; I had made that comment on what a relative of mine and my two classmates from Mianwali told me ! They said that barring their relatives the Khattaks who live between Mianwali and Attock and the Pukhtoons of someplace called Chhachh or Chacchh (dunno what it was !) the rest of them speak Seriki which influenced by Pashto for example this relative of mine (a Niazi himself) uses 'wrror' a lot instead of its Punajbi or Urdu equivalent. The others who were born a little more Central in Punjab speak Punjabi as their mother tongue ! Only my Pukhtoon bhabi from Isloo used to speak Pashto or my class fellow in the O'levels originally from Quetta could ! They (the ones from Mianwali ) called themselves 'Punjabi Pashtoon' i.e Punjabi by culture, language and geography but Pashtoon by ethnicity !

And you'd better not include those dastardly Afghans in that 'not divided by geographical boundaries sh*t'; have you seen how much abuse Loy Afghanistan hurled at Pakistan and in particular at Jinnah !

Khan I've met Afghan Pukhtoons here in Lahore too when I used to go to Punjab University for football; they study here on scholarships provided by the Government of Pakistan on quotas reserved for them in preference to Pakistanis and then abuse Pakistan ! Only ever met such a Pathan once...he ended up with a broken nose and me with a black eye ! But it was worth it...!

P.S Shermalang isn't a Tajik or a Chechen masquerading as a Pathan...woh eik Pathan hee hai !

P.P.S Why do Taimi, AZ and Pukhtoon hold such negative views of Pathans from across the border seeing that they're all Pathans with AZ being from the Tribal Areas himself ?

dear not all speak ill for PAKISTAN , my cousins don't speak ill for PAKISTAN , they are studying in KABUL university and most of their professors are PAKISTANIS ....
and also it is fact PAKISTANI PAKHTOONS (most of them) are patriot ,

yar i also studies in PU and our class fellows used to make fun of us for being PATHAN , even professors used to make funny quotes about me and others , but most of us don't hate punjabies and i have my best friends there
and it's a fact the people of punjab have great respect for PATHAN and they praise our faithfulness in friendship and bravers and open heartness .....
no one is superior or inferior , all races and cultures need to be respected .....

Yaaraa mein ne kub kahaa hai keh Pakistani Pukhtoons aren't Patriotic Pakistanis...isss mein tou koi shaak ki baat hee nahin hai ! They or anyone else for that matter never have to prove their patriotism but they've done so every time Pakistan was in need of sons willing to sacrifice for her whether it was '48, '65,'71, '99 or our numerous skirmishes and our continued fight against the TTP....aur waisee bhi hum aur aaap kaun hotei hain eik dosrei ko Patriotism ka certificate deinee waleee ?

I was just basing my opinion on what my Pukhtoon relatives and friends have told me and the Afghans I've encountered in my life ! My impression hasn't been good so far...Pakistan ke barei mein eik..eik ne khassi naagawaar batein kee theen !
