Imran Khan is making a quick recovery at the hospital, according to a close aide of Imran Khan who is visiting him at the hospital on a daily basis.
Senior Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leader and vice president Asad Umar said that the PTI chief is likely to be discharged from the Shaukat Khanum hospital in the next ten to twelve days.
He is quite annoyed and irritated after staying in bed for so long and wants to get out of the hospital as soon as possible.
While speaking to Dawn, PTI vice president Asad Umar said that Imran was all charged up, He is a sportsman and Masha Allah in great shape. He has phenomenal will power, so all of that is helping him recover faster as compared to an average person.
Imran Khan is undergoing physiotherapy treatment everyday now.
He is likely to walk around the hospital building in the next two to three days said Asad Umar. The doctors are just being cautious about the condition of Imrans health, otherwise Imran would have been discharged earlier, especially now that he is all adamant on getting out of the hospital
Imran Khan was admitted at the Shaukat Khanum hospital on May 7 after he suffered head and back injuries when he fell from a forklift that was carrying him up on the dais to address a public meeting in Gulberg area, Lahore.

He is conducting meetings with party officials regarding the formulation of the government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the issues which the PTI-led government would have to look into right away, the party-vice president further said.
Just last night we had a meeting way past midnight, and Imran doesnt want to wait for the government to be in place, he wants to start working right away.
When asked if Imran Khan will take part in the protest against election rigging in Defence Lahore, Asad replied Well if the protests are still underway when Imran Khan is discharged, I am pretty sure he will go to the protest right after getting out from the Shaukat Khanum Hospital.
