Interesting, IK says that KP police and army were directly under orders from the Election commission, even he phoned Pervaiz Khattak on this matter. Don't know much about the exact law or constitution rule about this so i can't make a comment on this matter. However IF what he's saying is accurate that even the CM can't overide ECP's orders then all blame goes to ECP.
Also he says that he wants ECP to investigate reports of rigging in KPK and punish those responsible..hopefully Re-election can be announced soon in those affected areas.
