Panama Papers is evidence of Nawaz Sharif and his children's assets abroad. Any International Investigative Financial Agency can find the money trail behind these assets. They will send it to the court in Pakistan and based on that SC judge will announce his judgement.

Panama Papers themselves are legally inadmissible because ICIJ themselves haven't declared the source from where they obtained their documents. If some fine day I happen to find an email showing me some PDFs against any XYZ would that be admissible to law?

Didn't know you were that dumb? The firm where these leaks originate still exist. Its called Mossack Fonseca and it hasn't denied anything regarding the leaks. Investigative agency can easily contact them and confirm their authenticity if needed again.

It's not your job to wonder but FIA, NAB and other agencies. PMLN has all agencies at their desposel to find Imran Khan's shady business and expose him to court.

The Court of Appeal has importantly upheld Mr Bancoult’s argument that the Wikileaks cable is admissible in evidence, because admitting a cable in evidence could not be said to “violate the archive and documents of the US mission” in circumstances where it had already been disclosed to the world by a third party. So any document in the possession of third party without any tracking back is of no judicial value like concessionary statement. This data was stolen means there's no proof that original data exists in the first place. So unless the Panaman government endorses the data by making the original public, the judicial value remains nil. And hence my point about the nature of evidence.
