I have heard that MQM has put forward a demand in return for their support in NA. The demand is that PTI will not field a candidate for the NA-243 seat by-election and will announce support for the MQM candidate.

Does anyone know if this there is any truth to it or is it just rumors.

That wud be a political suicide for PTI, people of karachi have given mandate to PTI not to MQM, keeping MQM in federal govt is important cuz they have a city district govt and if PTI want to deliver in karachi they have to keep MQM in govt but that doesn't mean PTI will surrender its mandate....no way.
