Unnecssary concealment of information and submissive posturing have long been the hard coded traits of Pakistani establishment and have laid detrimental effects on Pakistani narrative. Even a rag-tag state like Afghanistan casually launches a media and diplomatic offensive against Pakistan and Pakistans best and only answer is either 'Denial' or 'We condemn'.
Its a pressing need that the government and media essentially ditch taking the "High road" stance on a plethora of issues and get assertive and inflexible on matters of national interest. Pakistan may not be going to war with enemies anytime soon, but we must not hold back at diplomatic and media fronts.
