Nobody including Imran Khan should PLAY POLITICS with this issue.

These people who are involved in killing of Pakistan Army and FC soldiers did not go through the legal system if they had any grievances but when they are caught murdering Pakistani citizens they want their civil rights.

If you want Civil Rights in Pakistan, then first you have to admit to being a Pakistani Citizen and pledge allegiance to Pakistani Flag. If you don't consider yourself Pakistani Citizen, then don't demand Civil Rights of a Citizen.
