I totally agree. Secret balloting is against the ethics. Everyone should have the courage to own their vote. It is like bayat. You openly proclaim who you vote for and an open voting especially in the parliament will end the corruption and horse trading. Right now this loophole exists for the manipulators to exploit. If all parliamentarians vote openly, we will see a huge improvement in the quality of legislation.
