I don't understand the point of having courts in Pakistan, just shut them down.

Pakistan is under occupation. The May 9 drama was conducted by army in collaboration with their political whore called PMLN.
They are such cowards, they are targeting women. The women under PTI had been most vociferous. This is slightly more than half of Pakistan population. PTI credit is that it has brought women into politics. If women can be harassed, more than 50% of population will be stopped from political activity and electoral participation.
