Are we included or excluded ?
Included. If my memory serves me right they've forecasted a 3.1% for Turkey this year.I don't know about other countries but in Romania's case ,in the last 4 years, their initial prediction was always well below what really happenned. They started the year with a 4.2% prediction, only to say it will be five now.I think that the year will end at a 5.1-5.2% as December is always the strongest month for consumption (Saint Nicolas,Christmas,New Years eve),so I don't see any reason to go under the 5.2% rise (year to year) we have until now. That is why I also am optimistic for next year and see growth at a 4.5-5% level if the IMF sees 3.8.
