What's new

IMF Executive Board approved today a three-year US$6 billion loan

If it is pumped into market,it would be again smuggled out of country and we would be back to square one.

Let's wait and see. In the end, you are right, Pak needs to have rule of law being applied across the board. No way around that. That is the fundamental credibility of any country....economy just builds on top of that foundation.

.
That's in percent of GDP not one percent of the deficit. Also FY19 fiscal deficit is projected at 7% of GDP!
I am not talking about them but my own law I would like to see introduced!

I wouldn't judge them by deficit in this situation, judge them by growth in revenue (income) and utilisation of expenses (outgo) in areas that definitely increase future income...
Yea that sounds plausible!

He is economist apart from trolling.
He doesnt even know who is in Punjab

You are going to nitpick over that this much?

Yes political govt drama is super related to economics. Politicians in whatever party are super different to each other. Absolutely no one in the I.K cabinet now was ever part of any PML or PPP cabinet after all right?

I was just querying if anyone knew how much of the IMF package goes toward federal compared to local state govt....and I assumed PMLN still in power in punjab. Woe is me! I don't pay that close attention and just went with the overall trend I remembered there politically.

I don't see the need to google province politics, it matters zilch to what I was saying in my earlier post.
