I see nothing wrong here and this was India in 80's and 90's as lots of people studied in street lights. I see a bright future for Afghanistan and nothing else.

My Dad and all his siblings have studied under street light... fact is that even till today you can find many Children in Indian villages and city slums studying under Street lights...

My mother and elder sister too studied in street light but not me or my friends. Someone need to study on streets so next generation don't have too.

Encouraging signs. Many from our parents generation have studied under street light and/or lantern. Next generation will not have to do so.

In fact there is a street in Mumbai, where students from very well to do families used to come to study under street light.
