you cannot conduct normal activity on the web when you are hiding. you need a support system to help you conceal your tracks. the whole idea is to make it expensive or hard

There are ways you can go anonymous and no one will be able to track you but no normal person can use that level of anonamity. I mean at max people will use VPN or TOR you could still be caught over those if someone is trying hard to get you but there are ways to go anonymous which are not common knowledge but will make the life of a tracker hell.

I am not going to share this over open forum about how? but high level of anonamity is possible.
