Lol justice just admitted that if he was in the bench he would release Nawaz Sharif wow thanks ISI for making sure that justice is served in Pakistan. Wow what a confession released by the judge. Thank God we have judges who are not politically aligned. Great work ISI for reporting a politically aligned judge.

But I don't think ISI should be given credit here because ISI never gave such reports on this judge he is giving too much false credit to ISI

With all due respect, this SHOULD be the way a candidate's case is handled. Before people cast their vote, any ambiguities regarding the candidate's character must be cleared. Or do you want people to remain in dark about the corrupt practices of a person contesting to rule over them until after the election?

1) If you are fine with army meddling in election then why not simply ask army to appoint a direct prime minister for you instead of doing this noutanki which they label as " free and fair election" for democrazy

2) You did not bother to watch the video otherwise you would not be asking these questions. How his nomination papers got accepted and he was allowed to contest in election when had serious allegation but they(SC) suddenly wake up from deep sleep of 6 years and were told to speed up the process to declare the verdict at 11 PM before 25 July elections then you have these statement of sitting judge which making it more suspicious

I am not fine with this democracy(or any democracy) at all, whether army interferes or not. It is a mimicry of democracy at best.

Even without army meddling, election in Pakistan is never free and fair. I already mentioned why. Army meddling doesn't make the election process any worse.

If you are so against army meddling in elections then you should remember the outcome of the free and fair elections of 1970. "Free and fair" is just as bad as a "direct appointment" by army which will only lead to chaos.

That is so because judges used to be the b*tches of Sharifs 6 years ago.

If you have a copy of the judgment then study it and if it is a fair and strong verdict then date of the judgement is irrelevant to me, rather it suits me---divine justice.

پانامہ لیکس پر احتجاج کیلئے جب عمران خان نے نومبر 2016 کو اسلام آباد لاک ڈاؤن کی کال دی تو اس نے ازخود نوٹس لیتے ہوئے اس کال کو غیرقانونی قرار دے دیا اور حکومت کے خلاف ہر قسم کے احتجاج پر پابندی لگا دی۔

جسٹس شوکت صدیقی وہ منافق ہے کہ جس نے ممتاز قادری کی پھانسی کے خلاف اپیل کی سماعت کرتے ہوئے موت کی سزا کا فیصلہ برقرار رکھا اور پھر پھانسی کے بعد ممتاز قادری کی میت سے لپٹ کر رونے کا ڈرامہ بھی کرتا رہا۔

جسٹس شوکت صدیقی کے خلاف 2015 میں سی ڈی اے کے حکام نے کروڑوں روپے اپنے رہائش گاہ کی تزئین و آرائش پر خرچ کرنے کا ریفرینس دائر کیا۔ اس کے علاوہ اپنے دوستوں کیلئے اچھی لوکیشن کے پلاٹ کی الاٹمنٹ کیلئے بھی شوکت صدیقی سی ڈی اے حکام پر دباؤ ڈالتا رہا۔ اس کی طرف سے کی گئی فون کالز کا ریکارڈ تک سی ڈی اے کے پاس محفوظ ہے جسے ریفرینس کا حصہ بنایا گیا۔

شوکت صدیقی عدلیہ بحالی تحریک میں افتخار چوہدری کے ان پانچ وفاداروں میں شامل تھا جنہیں بعد میں افتخار چوہدری نے مراعات سے نوازا۔ اطہر من اللہ بھی اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ کا جج بنا اور شوکت صدیقی بھی۔

افتخار چوہدری کی معزولی سے قبل اسلام آباد میں افتخار چوہدری کی من مانیاں عروج پر پہنچ چکی تھیں۔ اس کا بیٹا ملک ریاض کے ذریعے کروڑوں چھاپ رہا تھا اور ملک ریاض کی قانونی ٹیم کا ایک رکن شوکت صدیقی بھی ہوا کرتا تھا جو اس کے ہر ناجائز کام کو قانونی تحفظ دیتا۔

2002 میں شوکت صدیقی جماعت اسلامی کے کوٹے پر ایم ایم اے کی طرف سے قومی اسمبلی کا الیکشن بھی لڑ چکا اور اس کے مدمقابل ن لیگ کا راجہ ظفرالحق اور پی پی کا زمرد خان تھا۔ شوکت صدیقی تیسرے نمبر پر آیا اور زمرد خان سے شکست کھا گیا۔ اس سے قبل بلدیاتی انتخابات بھی جماعت اسلامی کی طرف سے لڑتا آیا اور شکست کھاتا رہا۔

شوکت صدیقی کے خلاف 2015 میں ریفرینس دائر کیا گیا، سب ثبوت فراہم کردیئے گئے، قواعد کے مطابق جوڈیشل کونسل میں کسی جج کے خلاف ریفرینس کی سماعت ہمیشہ اِن کیمرہ ہوتی ہے، چنانچہ اس سماعت کو متنازعہ بنانے کیلئے شوکت صدیقی نے اوپن سماعت کا مطالبہ کردیا، وہ جانتا تھا کہ یہ قواعد کی خلاف ورزی ہے لیکن وہ اسے اپنے حق میں استعمال کرنا چاہتا تھا تاکہ کہہ سکے کہ اس کے خلاف کاروائی ناجائز کی گئی اور اسی لئے اسے خفیہ رکھا گیا۔

ریفرینس دائر ہونے کے بعد شوکت صدیقی نے جان بوجھ کر توہین رسالت ﷺ جیسے موضوع پر بلند بانگ بیانات دینے شروع کردیئے تاکہ لوگوں کے مذہبی جذبات کو اجاگر کرکے اپنے حق میں رائے عامہ ہموار کرسکے۔

اس سال اس ریفرینس کی سماعت شروع ہونا تھی، جب خلاصی کی کوئی صورت نظر نہ آئی تو چیف جسٹس، ایجنسیوں اور فوج کے خلاف بکواس شروع کردی تاکہ اگر اس کے خلاف فیصلہ آئے تو کہا جائے کہ یہ تو انتقامی کاروائی ہوگئی۔

آخری اطلاعات کے مطابق اس مہینے کی سات تاریخ کو چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان نے جوڈیشل کونسل سے درخواست کی کہ وہ شوکت صدیقی کے خلاف سماعت ان کیمرہ کی بجائے اوپن کورٹ کرے اور مزے کی بات یہ ہے کہ جوڈیشل کونسل کے اراکین نے یہ مطالبہ منظور کرلیا۔

اب 30 جولائی کو شوکت صدیقی کے خلاف ریفرینس کی سماعت کی تاریخ مقرر ہوچکی تھی، چنانچہ 8 دن رہ گئے تھے، جان بچانے کی کوئی صورت ممکن نہ رہی تو شوکت صدیقی نے ن لیگ سے ساز باز کرکے اپنا آخری پتہ بھی کھیل لیا اور فوج کے خلاف وہی زبان استعمال کرنا شروع کردی جو انٹرنیشنل اسٹیبلشمنٹ کرتی آئی ہے۔

آئی ایس آئی کیا کرتی رہی ہے اور کس طرح حکومتیں بناتی آئی ہے، یہ شوکت صدیقی اس وقت بھی جانتا تھا جب وہ نوے کی دہائی میں جماعت اسلامی کا رکن ہوا کرتا تھا، 2002 میں ہونے والے الیکشن میں جس طرح ایم ایم اے کو آگے لایا گیا، وہ بھی آئی ایس آئی کا ہی کارنامہ تھا لیکن اس وقت اس حرامزادے کو کوئی مسئلہ نہ ہوا، کیونکہ اس وقت وہ بینیفشری تھا۔

شوکت صدیقی، 30 جولائی کا انتظار کرو، اوپن ریفرینس میں تمہارے کپڑے اتار کر تمہیں تمہاری برادری کے سامنے ننگا کیا جائے گا!!!

Is he belong to Bhansa group.He should resign and do the politics like his relative Irfan Siddiqi he left the journalism and became advisor to NS. His case is in judicial council he know the decision now he is doing politics for future employment.He was against dharna of Rizvi at Islamabad and tried his best that Army should kill Rizvi and his followers When dharna was peacefully closed by the efforts of Army his agenda was failed and objected the role of army for peaceful resolution of problem.Why he opposed dharna when every Muslim was sporting it whether he has some connection with Ahmadyas like Pervaiz Rashid Anoosha Rehman Zahid Hamid Irfan Sidiqi Ithink he is instigating Civil war in Pakistan as he tried during Dharna should be investigated connection with India should be considered
