I have a frnd... his family migrated from indian punjab... hes not a big fan of india... but he does want to visit his ancestoral village n his home.... i know another guy who went to delhi for some speech contest or something... and he was actually taken to police station coz he was snapping pics of india gate or something... and some indian MPA or MNA(a frnd of his father... who is also a politician)...had to bail him out...do i guess it depends...
