It's the corrupt system. BA, LLB ...from Lalo Khat ... qualify for the judge. We still have qualified judges in SC and foriegn graduates, god knows what happened after 10 years. When the street power comes in as judge.

All judges appointments should done through Exam like CSS and psychological tests along theior assets should be declare its only job in Pakistan where only qualification is TC

Everyone know he will be biased and can he listen to the cases or petition against PM khan when if he comes CJ?

it is not about object, it is about the Order / verdict of the superior court....

Those judges didnt held personnel vendetta against said persons and most certainly didn't act on those or try to at least like this judge did.

I believe the statement was that the PM was protected while in office and could not be sent packing; hence I wondered if that was the case then how come 2-3 ex-PM's were disqualified while in office.

what was the date of Judgement by CJP?

Dates are irrelevant, the relevant matter is that the PM's were in office when they were removed and hence constitutionally a PM can indeed be removed.

wrong. Faiz isa cant hear any cases against IK cause of his conflict of interest. He was a party against PM IK in a case while also hearing his case. What a great and just Judge he is.

Well, in any case it will be Isa himself who will decide whether he will listen to cases against IK or not as he will be the sole authority on the matter as CJP in 2023/24. That IK tried, and failed, to take on a Judge of the Supreme Court despite weak and deliberately engineered/fabricated case against Isa tells one of the caliber of Imran Khan too. And if anyone here is in doubt of case being created against Isa because of his verdict in the Faizabad dharna case, he/she is delusional on another level altogether.

As for Judges and Judiciary being great and just, well, the story starts with spilling of state of affairs of Judiciary by Justice Siddiqui and ends in the spilling of circumstances of verdict against NS by the deceased Judge Arshad Malik! Who here has faith in the Judiciary?

This is a country where NS could not be tried successfully nor any money recovered from him, this is a country which could not successfully try Zardari or recover money from him. This is a country which cannot even try Malik Riaz or Mansha etc. This is a country which blesses the rich and powerful and makes unfair examples out of poor people. Is it then any wonder that we are ranked 100+ out of 109 countries judicial system?
