Fast forward a US director was placed as head of ME recruiting and the company demographic changed to a true multi national workspace. Ie indians in take was drastically reduced.

Indians are the most prejudiced people in the world. Especially in India where there is no anti-discrimination law to protect minorities like Muslims in getting hired to outsourcing companies.

They will scarcely (more like never) hire a Muslim person in their outsourcing companies (forget Pakistanis or Bangladeshis).

But Anytime anyone does not hire a Hindu in the US or takes disciplinary action against a Hindu, they make a mountain out of a molehill. And they go file a discrimination lawsuit.
