One thing is very clear from the middle of this video.
The Indians think that by conducting these airstrikes on 26th Feb 19, the Indians have destroyed the implication of Nuclear hangover by Pakistan.

That's the only thing negative on Pakistani part. The fear of Indians that any strike at Pakistan would start the war, and Nuclear could be in play. Therefore, you cannot attack your nuclear neighbour.

Right or wrong, we can debate, but the Indians are definitely under that impression.
