India defends Israel because we see Israel as a State that is persecuted by all its neighbours. We see Israeli's as a people against whom bigotry is ingrained in Muslims straight from childhood.

Why does Israel not deserve its own nation? Did Pakistan not get its own nation because of religion? Were not the Jews living in that area even before Islam ever became a religion?
Or are you saying that immigration of Jews to a Jewish nation is prohibited?
