You are talking about the Right to Education act. Every child under the age of 14 has a right to education. All the schools have to compulsorily reserve 25% of their seats for students of economically backward groups who will be given free education.

This is one bold initiative which will propell India's growth. We need to increase the litracy rate if we want to lift the millions out of Poverty

Compulsory education is a responsibility, not a right!

First, The government's responsibility. Government must provide free education. Otherwise contrary to law, Officials dismissed.
Second, The guardian's responsibility. Age appropriate Children must be educated. Otherwise contrary to law, the guardian go the prison.
