For e.g. Pakistan has a declared border and its long term policy includes friend relations with its neighbor and economic relations with each of them and the right for the Kashmiris to decide their fate as agreed by UN resolution.
Each Pakistani knows this and it helps unify the nation to a common goal. That is why no political party succeeds in Pakistan unless and until they put forward their Kashmir policy out to the public. It is just logical as one nation to have one agreed goal.

This is something one can pitch to the international community and sets pretty many things straightforward. Clear intentions and common goal for the whole nation.

This is a very confident statement. Any reason behind this assertiveness? Do you have pak held Kashmir and gb populations support to make such claim? Or if you were trolling then that is pretty tasteless. And if you are not then i have a gut feeling you are one of those who believe a complete unification of Pakistan with india, not just ajk and gb.

India rebuffs Pak's claim, says ICJ never ignored its plea in Jadhav's case

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) on Friday rebuffed the claim made by Pakistan as per which the International Court of Justice (ICJ) turned down New Delhi's request to give it six months of time to file its plea in the ongoing Kulbhushan Jadhav case and said India itself asked for four months of time which has been granted by the court. "This is the factual situation. I don't think the report is being quoted accurately and reflected either in the submission of India or the decision of the court," he said.
