Just read the whole document.

In layman terms, the "hanging" has been stayed till final decision by ICJ on (i) whether India has right to consular access for KY; and (ii) whether the hanging can and should be stopped.

Pakistan never stopped India from consular access, rather it notified India and also asked India's help by seeking further information about KY.

Regarding whether hanging can be stopped by ICJ is something which the legal experts can comment on.

Till now, I haven't been able to find anything in India's case which even hints towards KY being asked by India to be handed over to her.

Give the devil their due...They did play smartly. Let's see what final verdict ICJ gives. As far as i can comprehend, the main focus is on the issue of consular access. If the Indian side can prove that they were indeed the wronged party in this instance then the legality of the legal proceedings in the Yadev case in Pak can be called into question. And India can use this verdict to further malign Pak internationally. Pak has to present a very solid case. Otherwise there is more international embarrassment in store for it.

Of course the sensitive information had to be removed. Our intelligence agencies are not going let the enemies know that we know about them. As per his leads and intel, Pakistan succeeded in breaking the network of terrorism especially in Balochistan and Karachi and it is pretty visible since the terrorist activities have been reduced to nearly zero and insurgents are surrendering in hordes on daily or weekly basis. ICJ has not rejected anything since they have no jurisdiction over the Pakistan courts and their decisions. All they can do is to request Pakistan to provide consular access.

Pakistan should see the writing on the wall. The plan of using Kulbhushan Jadhav as our Ajmal Kasab has failed. From here on, whatever the outcome, that possibility has been forever shut down.

Well we have a good chance here I hope Pakistan plays it well to let the world see real face of Hindu terrorism from killing innocents in Pakistan to supporting ISIS .

Military establishment love affair with Nawaz Shareef and his clan, at the expense of Pakistan as a state and its interests, is in itself becoming a "national security issue". The relaxation given to Noora clan under Dawnleak has only emboldened him to come up with dawnleak version 2 (as per Ahsan Iqbal) when CPEC plans was published in Dawn, and before that, meeting with Jindal right under the nose of Military establishment and intelligence agencies where no doubt this plan of moving the KY issue to ICJ was discussed and agreed upon as a exit strategy.

Political mafia is totally exposed, but this is the first time the spot light is on the military high ups and their dirty dealing with the political mafia at the expense of Pakistan national interests.

Who ever in deep state of Pakistan think that our problems will be solved while executive branch of our state is in the hands of corrupt, anti-Pakistan political mafia, he or she, is either living in fools paradise or incompetent or simple partner in crime.

Things are going south with alarming rate ever since the departure of Raheel Shareef and his team. Bajwa and Naveed Mukhtar are simply no match for the combo of Raheel and Rizwan Akhter. The way Zardari is going about in Pakistan declaring himself as the next PM, this is perfectly in line with the infamous NRO, where political mafia will take turns to loot and destroy Pakistan internal at the wishes of their foreign masters.

Lets see if the current military establishment stick to their stance of no compromise on national security and hang KY as per the orders of military court. Their recent Uturns on many issues including dawnleak are inductions as to where this matter will be heading to.
