Anyway, confession before a judge is legal. Confession video else were are not entertained in judicial system. That is why ICJ didn't entertained Pakistan's request for 'confession' video to be shown in the court.

Wait. I will post here later on. This needs a bit research and explanation. For now, it is just a temporary stay order until court goes through their complete working on Indian request of halting his execution all together. Remember, court has NOT decided for indefinite stay order yet.

This is a total victory for Pakistan..

1- India failed to proof he is not a spy
2- India failed to proof he is already dead
3- Pakistan always said, its not a matter of urgency and ICJ accepted it with a caution to not hang him
4- Pakistan won the right to treat him as a spy..
