What matter and what solution? Maybe that was the whole point of the exercise? Trigger, draw out, and get legal action on those that would otherwise do more insidious fassad anyways. Their top heads above the waters are well known and will remain protected and even enshrined, its the middle order crew that do lot of actionable stuff behind the scenes and get drawn out of woodwork in various ways when heat is applied ...esp by their low order mobs and counter mobs. He wasn't an IB agent as it is being made out to be. He was an administrative clerk employed in the Intelligence Bureau. He used to live in that area.
