Because without the F16 kill IAF has nothing to celebrate for the events of 27th Feb.

Losing one jet and playing dodgeball with PAF BVR missiles doesn't look like a victory. Ask anyone

They didn't had anything to celebrate anyways even if they really would had shot F16 in real. Enemy planes came in, bombed them and destroyed their 2 planes and in panic, u end up destroying your own helicopter killing 6 of your airmen. Even if u managed to take out one enemy plane, that would nt be anything to celebrate. It was a total humiliation for IAF that day. Pakistan said, we are coming warned u in advance but nothing India could do about.

Maybe they have eventually managed to force him to play for Modi.

What I suspect is that they will likely share doctored AWACS signals they were earlier claiming they couldn't show due to sensitivity of information. Either doctored AWACS signals, or doctored communications but nothing which cannot be faked in the Bollywood capital easily.
