Its not they are better or best trained.
Its about interoperatibility across arabian ocean.
UAE AF provides IAF regular access to its bases and fueling and in case IAF and UAE start regular exchanges in trainings and tacts it will be great for both as both nations have many modern western and russian origin jets and specially when UAE is getting F35s.
