I know he is no saint but Pakistan needs men like that. He is no differant to the top 100 businessmen in UK. These movers and shakers tend to have some dirt on their hands. However Malik has made a huge positive impact on the real estate development. Bahria I hope grows into a multinational giant one day and not get culled on the alter of judicial ego and over activism.

The constitution interpreted by the judiciary. However just like I know nothing about cars mechanics but when my mechanic does a bad job or overccharges I know. Similarly when judiciary begins overstepping the mark a consensus will emerge. That is why I don't want the prestige of the SC tarnished. All institutions govern by law and the consensus/will of the people. When that is lost trouble follows.
