Ek toh banday tum logon ko izzat bakshi hai by not lampooning the entire nation for his one bad experience.

I mean what would you guys rather have him do? What Sohail Tanvir did, and go like "Hindu hotay hi aisay hain"?

He simply indicated he holds no ill-feeling towards Indians and remember one thing, an employee always earns more money for his employer, thats why the employer hires his talent and pays him a lesser amount than what he earned.

Don't pretend like he is the only one making money, if he would be called, it would be an Indian that will call him because he will earn even a bigger sum for the Indian. So who is the real Paise ka bhooka?

1. As for ur "Paise ka bhooka" its our money we are earning in India itself from our own people. While rahat was not able to earn in pakistan and have to go so called enemy India for earning his living.

2. And for ur employer earning more thing, even if there is no rahat or xyz employer/Indian will earn because we have great market and paying capacity. But rahat can't earn without India the type of money he have never seen, even in pakistan or other parts of world he is getting recognition because of bollywood.

Otherwise there are plenty of tom, dick and harry in this world.

3. I don't get offended by Rahat fateh ali khan as he have already openly apologized in India in a interview to Times of India but its ur post that made me write this whole thing.

No not you, but the Indians who are Interested to earn and get fame through them, Like Atif Aslam is famous in Europe, so you will send Ranbir Kapor with Atif so he get more fame instead of sending someone from India, so face it

This whole thing is a non issue. The guy made a mistake, gt his amount confesticated, paid the fines, and went home. ALso i see no hostility is his statement that he would go to India, if he is "respectfully" recalled. People are just diggin in too much, getting paranoid, If they feel he wants an apology from Customs or whatever!! Lets get over with it!!

The guy made a mistake? The only mistake was him getting caught. Spins a masterful story of how the money was of the entire group and that he thought $10000 was the limit. The Guy has never paid tax in India! His excuse? Says he sings for free in the movies and never takes any money! Something about doing that to become famous so that he can make money on royalties later. Yeah right! One minute he is the most famous "artist" in the world who should get special treatment & respect and the next , he is a unknown who needs to sing for free in Indian movies to become well known. Don't know about you but my stomach hurts from laughing at that story.

Lollywood against visiting India

LAHORE – After severe threats of Hindu extremist outfit Shiv Sena to Bollywood against giving performing assignments to Pakistani artists, the Lollywood bigwigs have advised their performers to stop frequent visits to India, and avoid acting in Indian films and participating in television shows.
According to Indian media reports, the warnings by Shiv Sena came in the wake of the detention of a worldwide renowned Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan at Delhi airport against carrying undeclared currency.
The media reports said that Shiv Sena wrote a letter to all the productions houses, organisers, event managers and media houses saying, “We would like to inform you that henceforth if any of the above mentioned fraternities indulge in such an act wherein the Indian soil is used for Pakistani performers we are determined to teach them a lesson in our style. We also very strongly condemn the manner in which some of you are entertaining few Pakistani artistes time and again by conducting events and television programmes, serials and other programmes thus making our Indian artistes helpless, jobless causing grave injustice to their hard-earned talent”.
Talking to TheNation veteran film director of Lollywood, Syed Noor said it was shameful for the Pakistani artists, who frequently visited India just for cupidity of fame and money, to work in Indian film industry after such insult. He said it had been cleared that Indians spared no effort to slander the Pakistani artists but regretfully it was stated that some of our artists still wished to work in Indian film industry. He said Shiv Sena threatened and insulted our artists several times but despite of such incidents the artists were frequently visiting India. “They should at least keep in mind the respect of the country if they have not their own”, he added. Noor said, “actually they are all money makers and can go to any extent for this.” Terming about the issue of Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, Noor said he belonged to a distinguished family which he should keep in mind and the Indian authorities punished and insulted him just for being Pakistani. He said Indians were exporting their culture to our country through their films and dramas but the authorities concerned were not taking any measure in this regard.
