I need an advice from 3 nationalities

Hello to all Pakistanis, Chinese brethren and Indian neighbors

I am in hurry...I told my American partner that I'll advice you as he is going to open outlet in Pakistan, China and India of clothing (Trousers/T-Shirts)

So, question is? What does youth (middle class of these three countries) look for when buying Trousers and T-shirts? Which brand they prefer mostly? what is popular brand among masses?

Do they buy loose clothing or tight ones...I know it depends on person to person but still in general what is market trend/fashion in these three countries when it comes to Trousers and T-shirts?

It depends on how much money your friend has. There are people with genuine wealth who want top of the line designer clothing. Boutiques who can provide that will work. On the other hand there is a mass market in casual clothing at affordable prices, including fake designer goods, but that market comes with a lot of competition.

It depends on how much money your friend has. There are people with genuine wealth who want top of the line designer clothing. Boutiques who can provide that will work. He is American and don't have any idea regarding design/variety of Trousers/T-Shirts? He wants to opt for middle class, I think.

Trend and fashion both keeps on changing every 3 months, your partner will have to concentrate on providing top quality at best prices and still have a healthy margin for himself

Are you new to the business? If you want to open up a retail location in any respected country you have to go there and do some research yourself. If you are looking for short cuts I suggest a savings account and enjoy the ride.

In Malir Garrison? That's interesting. Why would you do that?

Coz it has a big population.. and hardly any international outlets.
Only 1 KFC..

Gul Ahmed,J Jamshaid,Threads etc

But no men’s wear or other food outlet like Hardees,Quiznoz etc..

Or even a good beauty/bag/accessories store.

All population has to go to other areas for shopping.

Are you new to the business? If you want to open up a retail location in any respected country you have to go there and do some research yourself. If you are looking for short cuts I suggest a savings account and enjoy the ride.

Not threads.. JJ is useless..
There is also chen one..

But as i said there is literally no choice.

So ;

Better designer outlet
More accessories/wallets/bags/sportswear,belts,suits etc

SHOES (not a single international shoe brand)

Make up

Or food!

If he opens anything (even chai ka stall) in Dolmen Mall, it will make him fortune.. But the prices of shops in Dolmen mall is quite high..
