I may sound diabolical, but her father should let her go. She will be happy until each one of face the situation arising of marriage as time flies by.
But make sure that when she comes back crying or to complain, never allow your heart to soften. Make sure legally to not give your property or anything to her after you die.
Just let her go and perform all the rituals of a dead person.
The daughter receives 50% of inheritance. The bill has been passed with a date. Though I don't remember, it is most probably 2005 or 2001.She is in persuit of happiness, thats her right. If she does not like her new life, and want to switch back, than thats her right too.
I understand the daughters does not receive inheritance according to Hindu family law, is that right ?
Or, you know, don't do that.I may sound diabolical, but her father should let her go. She will be happy until each one of face the situation arising of marriage as time flies by.

you cannot stop her from inheriting ancestral property(legally)... its only property acquired by you that you have control over...The daughter receives 50% of inheritance. The bill has been passed with a date. Though I don't remember, it is most probably 2005 or 2001.
And if Children becomes selfish, why shouldn't parents also become?
Or, you know, don't do that.
If you're a father, and your child decides to make a willing choice, accept it. If the child changes their mind, than help her. If you cannot do that, you should never have had a child in the first place, because you're clearly an immature petty child yourself.
What you've said is not only cruel, but it defies all logic and humanity.
You may not be saying it outright, but you're making this into a sectarian issue.
