One more correction: only the majority of Kashmir valley is against us, not the majority of Jammu, or majority of Ladakh in J&K...they are also kashmiris. And we have constitutional obligation to protect the smallest of minorities in India. So yeah, who gives a hoot..

They always had the choice of living in Indian part of Kashmir as peaceful citizens, or live in Pakistan part of Kashmir if living in a Muslim state is so important for them. No, they don't. Even Jinnah's 'two nation theory' doesn't give any majority group in any pocket to drive out the minority population and declare freedom. We never agreed to any 'go-create-as-many-nations-as-you-wish' theory.

Nobody gave you the right to occupy the land that was not part of bharat. Pakistan (including kashmir) were always a different nation since indus valley civilization, until durrani empire. If british or mughal amalgamated majority of land from Western pakistan to Burma and srilanka, that doesn't means that the land was actually bharat.
