Okay guys let's not fuss about how people wash their dishes. Both China and Vietnam are developing, but China is a considered NIC category and is decidedly more developed with better infrastructure, education / research, public works and transportation, much bigger economy, and has much more impressive achievements and contributions. So there is impetus for poorer Southeast Asian women to wed a Chinese bachelor since it will be a step up to their current situation. The bottom line here is that the legal burden is on the kidnappers, whatever their nationality or ethnicity is, it doesn't matter. No need to be racist or discriminate someone based on their heritage.
