Hundreds of tibbetens defy China, gather at birthplace of budhhism in India

. .
China is really losing it in dealing with its religious minorities. First the muslims now the buddhists. I am glad India has given up its reluctance to engage with the Tibetans and is more actively supporting their just religious rights.
Tibet and Xinjiang would be like peaceful heaven comparing to what are happening in Indian occupied Kashmir. And you also have caste clashes ,Maoist or dozens of minority guerrilla units, what a messy country.

Every country has human beings which differ from each other. China is no different.

First of all, I feel sorry for the victims of the two times Gujarat massacre of 100 thousand muslims.
Then, for the Hindu adhere to the teachings of Dalit, feel helpless.
Finally, I hope that India will first solve their religious contradictions.

Silence of the graves is not preffered in India.
We like our noisy untidy India.

@third eye If India is a democracy, India will be quiet. Rather than a turbulent society.

The last people on earth who can comment on democracy are the Chinese.

How would you know ? A single party nation does not experience the ' luxury' of saying your piece in public and live to talk about it.

Sure, the Indian system is not perfect. Trump shows that the US system too is not the best either. Yet, it works for India. It slows things down but still works.

If you try to blame every your failure on your democracy, why do you have to have democracy anyway?

I am not blaming our ills on democracy. I was responding to a post that mentioned that Tibet & Xinjiang are ' peaceful havens' & attributing reasons for why they are ' peaceful'.

Don't even dare compare Indian to China. China is worst human right violator on this planet.

Of cos, how can we compared? tell that to your 250 millions plus untouchables about India superior "Human Rights" in a straight face please:rofl::rofl:
