Same situation here. When we introduced metro bus system and ticket was free, people were hanging like monkeys in windows , doors. Police continued to arrest hundreds daily. Now, situation is improved in Islamabad.

I travel on a daily basis and this is news to me. With so many guards and camera around and more than that aggressive aunty....you dont dare step in the first coach. There are guards who wont even let you stand on the pink colored platform.
