And defense budget of Pakistan is 1152 billion

Its not about defence budget at all, Pakistan military's per person expenditure is far lower than what US or even India spends on per man. Its just that we dont have enough money. We need to to strengthen the economy, industrialization is needed. First phase of Industrialization is almost completed, with infrastructure being laid including making sure enough power, gas and fuel is available. The other important aspect of industrialization is ensuring good security, which Pakistan has established after getting out of the grip of terrorism.

Nope, atleast in the list of emerging economy or developing nation. Not only political system, education, justice and health need to be improved. Tough decisions and hard punishments is only solution for us, then we can wait for few decades to be some list.

Its takes times to improve and with a visionary leader is on at least on PM seat, main problem for Pakistan is land lord system if we get rid of this system our other problems are automatically solved, and why do you expect that NAWAZ/ZARADI and company are/were looted so much money for more than a decade that it will take time to our economy to Improve, IK govt has no Magic lamp or something that within a seconds our all problems are solved
