Don't you think reservation is actually a negative thing for the country? To some extend it has fueled the caste and communal tensions.

Sir, I was actually surprised on finding way better management than in a normal day. Except two persons nobody in my office was late though everybody left home on time only. It was mostly because of good use of social networking as it provided traffic updates and diversion on real time.

Plus the honesty of organizers though I would say that few of politicians tried to take benefits of it. But it didn't impact the traffic much.
