I intend to perform Umrah on my way to Pakistan and then go to the beautiful northern, southern, eastern & western Pakistan

There should be a law, this is not good for their mental or physical health.

This is not true... as per my knowledge, most govt employees get 1 month of fully paid vacations per year which they can spend any time any where...
